ⓘ Help & Info — Kinetrol Assembly Builder (drag to move)

Step 1 — Units
Choose Imperial (in-lbs / PSIg) or Metric (N·m / BAR). This controls all torque and pressure values throughout the tool.

Step 2 — Service Type
You have selected Actuator Only — this mode generates a bare actuator part number with no limit switch or positioner.

Step 3 — Torque Requirement
Enter the required torque for your application.

Step 4 — Safety Factor
Select a safety factor to apply in addition to the torque requirement. Default is 25%.

Step 5 — Air Supply Pressure
Select the available supply pressure. Options update automatically based on your Units and Actuator Type selections. Default is 80 PSIg / 5.5 BAR.

Step 6 — Actuator Type
Select Double Acting (DA) or Spring Return (SR). If SR, also select the spring direction: CW (clockwise) or CCW (counter-clockwise).

Step 7 — Actuator Model
Auto Select — the tool picks the smallest model that satisfies your torque and safety factor. The selected model and its torque output are shown below.
Manual — choose a specific model from the dropdown.

Actuator Part Number
Once all selections are complete and a torque is entered, your actuator part number appears in the output card. Use Copy Part Number to copy it to your clipboard, Datasheet to view the product page, or Print to generate a formatted summary.

• Start at the top of Card 01 (Application Requirements) and make selections sequentially, from top to bottom.

• The Datasheet button links to the Kinetrol product page for the selected model and actuator type.

• If your requirements are not addressed within this tool, please contact Kinetrol directly.
